Description About This Role We’re looking for a Sales Director for Commercial industries with experience of working in the Oracle marketplace, reporting to our CRO. You’ll be part of the wider Business Development team and will be a quota-carrying sales person responsible for prospecting, developing and closing opportunities that align with Namos and Oracle’s go-to-market strategies for the relevant industries. Relationship-building across customer stakeholders and the Oracle SaaS sales ecosystem is a must-have strength for this role. In addition, being able to articulate the strengths of Oracle’s SaaS platform and how Namos are the best-placed partner for customers to engage with to deploy it is the key focus. Managing the complete sales cycle from industry and account planning, lead progression, opportunity development/closing and post-sales relationship management are the focus areas to succeed in this role. Responsibilities Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across a range of industries and incorporating full implementation projects, healthchecks, optimisation work packages Creation of industry-based sales plans in conjunction with the relevant Oracle SaaS sales teams Go to market campaigns that have a clear route to the creation of qualified, strong sales opportunities A mix of hunting new opportunities and upselling existing customers involving relationship management and value-based account management The creation of deal plans that clearly identify win themes, competitive differentiation and customer needs to maximise our chances of opportunity conversion Maintain all aspects of our CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud), across Accounts, Leads, Opportunities and Forecasting Able to work towards and exceed targets with a competitive spirit, whilst upholding quality, professionalism, integrity and teamwork Work closely with the CRO and the Delivery teams in Namos to prospect, identify and close business with customers that will lead to value-based, profitable consulting engagements Be able to communicate your progress to clients and colleagues effectively on weekly update calls and regular reviews Organise and attend client-facing presentations and internal meetings Attend events (trade shows, user group meetings, Oracle events etc.) Provide weekly reports to the Business Development team About You With an equal focus on target achievement and excellent customer service, you’ll need to be an experienced sales professional, with proven experience of selling Consulting Services or SaaS solutions into the private sector. You’ll need to be someone who delivers to consistently high standards, has an outstanding track record of achieving targets, and thrives in a results-driven atmosphere.
