We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our Repairs and Maintenance team as a Senior Planner. In this role you will take responsibility for data entry and maintaining of our MRI repairs system. You will be a super-user of the system and manage a team of Work Schedulers whose core function is scheduling work orders through the MRI Repairs appointments system, allocating repair tasks to trade operatives to maximise productivity, while ensuring a safe and high-performing, customer-focused service is maintained. You will strive to ensure that all work is carried out with minimal waiting times, meeting priority targets in compliance with company operating procedures, and achieving all your team’s KPIs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Previous experience in a planning role, preferably in the building maintenance sector
* To be able to lead a small team and work on own initiative
* Strong motivational skills
* Experience of working with and delivering KPIs
* To be IT literate – Outlook, Excel, Word
* To have previously worked in a customer focused role.
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices 2 or 3 days a week from our Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
