To support the continued growth of our business, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced Office Services team. This role will be based in our Croxley office Monday to Friday, but will also include travelling to our Coventry office once a month with your travel paid for.
You will be a welcoming face of our business; greeting visitors and liaising with suppliers to ensure we provide an outstanding service every time. In this role, you will support the Office Manager with various front of house activities, including responding to enquiries in the Support Office inbox, the arrangement of meeting room bookings for all staff, management of all post/deliveries into reception, and ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times. Due to the varied nature of the tasks in this role, the ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and be easily adaptable to change. A can-do attitude is also highly desirable!
This role also offers the opportunity to take part in our event management, where the Office Services team plans and arranges both internal and external events for the business, such as our Annual Summer Awards Ceremony. Working Pattern
In this role you will be required in the office full time Monday to Friday. The Office Services team operate on a staggered shift pattern running from 08:30 – 17:30 to ensure the reception desk is always covered. After successful training, the shift pattern for this position will be from 9:00 – 17:30.
