Role Summary: As a Hire Desk Administrator, you will play a vital role in collating data, closing bookings for operated road sweepers, managing schedules, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will contribute to operational efficiency in a dynamic, customer-centric environment while maintaining compliance with company standards and statutory regulations. Primary Duties: Administrative Duties: Input data accurately and maintain organized records. Process job sheets and ensure all documentation aligns with company requirements. Perform self-audits and maintain system housekeeping. Provide administrative support to the management team. Collaboration and Communication: Consult with suppliers and other company locations to ensure smooth operations. Anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations through initiative-taking engagement. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Uphold the companys vision and policies in all tasks and responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience: A satisfactory level of education, with prior experience in a fast-paced office, transport, or waste management environment. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Proven experience in providing administrative support and managing service delivery. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to develop professional relationships at all levels. Key Skills and Attributes: Focus on detail and accuracy.
