We are looking for an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. We are looking for someone that has previous experience as a Maintenance Technician with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team with great communication skills, both verbal and written.

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days
off)
Salary: £28,000 + service charge

Key
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:
* Respond to any repair or
maintenance issues throughout the hotel as and when they arise, ensuring
minimal disruption to guest services.
* Carry out regular checks and
maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and ensure the smooth running of
the hotel’s facilities.
* Oversee the painting of public
and back-of-house areas to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal and upkeep.
* Be responsible for the tools,
materials, and supplies used during maintenance duties, ensuring they are
properly stored and maintained.
What are we looking for?
* A background as a Maintenance
Technician, ideally in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
* The ability to work independently,
when necessary, while also being a collaborative team player.
* Strong verbal and written
communication skills to coordinate with other teams and report issues
efficiently.
* A proactive attitude with the
ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
and hotel operations.
