Role Description
eBrevia is seeking a corporate attorney/technology manager to manage projects and client relationships with respect to eBrevia’s law firm, corporate, commercial real estate and audit/consulting firm clients. This is an exciting position with a dual business/legal focus and particularly well suited for attorneys looking to broaden their skill set within an innovative technology company environment. Candidates should be comfortable wearing a variety of hats and adding value in multiple ways throughout the organization. As the company is growing quickly, there is the opportunity to assume more responsibility and a significant leadership role moving forward.
Responsibilities
This role suits a dynamic individual with a "can do" attitude, a passion for problem solving and a commitment to excellence in everything that you pursue. There are two main areas to this role and we will also be providing you with training.
Growth:
* Cultivate leads and build relationships (outward bound).
* Own specific client relationships (inbound leads).
* Qualify and maintain an accurate understanding of client needs from prospects and existing users.
* Demo products to C-level executives, lawyers, knowledge managers, and IT professionals.
* Assist with finding and winning new business opportunities.
Delivery/Client Success:
* Onboard new clients including providing training and ensuring success, and monitor accounts for issues, providing timely troubleshooting via phone and email.
* Proactively communicate with clients via email or phone to identify, explain and troubleshoot user issues.
* Regularly engage with existing customers and track account health in order to reduce client churn and identify up-sell opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally with other department leaders to advocate for customer needs and identify actionable strategies and initiatives that enable accelerated revenue expansion.
Qualifications
* Candidates must either be a UK qualified solicitor, barrister, chartered legal executive or a candidate who is not a lawyer but has a broad experience with delivering legal tech projects within large organisations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with a strong sense of self-motivation.
* Experience managing projects and working in a team environment.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software a plus.
