As a Data and Customer Success Intern at Global Expat Pay, you will play an essential role in assisting the Customer Success team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on data management and analysis as well as gaining practical experience in customer relationship management. You will work closely with team members to support various tasks related to client onboarding, data reporting, and process optimisation. Key Responsibilities Assist in data collection, cleaning, and analysis to ensure high-quality reporting for our customer success initiatives. Support the onboarding process for new clients by preparing documentation, and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with the Customer Success team to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues. Participate in meetings and assist in projects aimed at improving customer experiences and operational efficiency. Conduct research and gather insights on customer needs and industry trends to inform our strategies. Help create and maintain customer-facing documentation, including guides and user manuals. Requirements You have an undergraduate degree. You have pro-actively worked in end-to-end projects. You have proven capabilities of working to deadlines. You have an interest in learning how to interact with clients on a global scale. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, supporting customers and team members. You have working knowledge of digital tools e.g. Microsoft Office Suite. You have experience collaborating and working effectively as part of a team. You have a flexible working style and are ready to learn. Desirable Skills You are comfortable to make decisions based on datasets of varying sizes.
