A day in the life
As a Fitness Centre Attendant, you’ll use your strong work ethic, solid organisational skills and out-going, friendly personality to provide exceptional customer service to both members and resort guests alike while working across all aspects of the Fitness Centre.
Your responsibilities will be varied, from Reception, conducting program appointments, taking group classes to PT and more! So, we’re looking for a well-rounded fitness professional who is passionate about their work and who can connect with our members.
This position is an on-going casual role and will be provided with an extensive training program both on and off the job and have the opportunity to progress your health and fitness career with one of Australia’s most recognisable business brands.

* An in-depth understanding of group fitness training techniques.
* The ability to interact and safely monitor groups of up to 20 people.
* Strong sales and motivational skills and the drive to help members achieve their goals and the willingness to learn and continuously improve.
* Availability to work shifts both during the week and on weekends.
* Qualifications as a Pool Lifeguard is desirable, but not essential.
