Job Description Summary

The range of services provided by GOS varies from market to market and client by client, but is fundamentally built around consultancy, advisory, transaction management, project and development services, workplace, and integrated facilities management services.
Job Description
About the Role:
* Perform project design support functions, create and develop occupancy plans, prepare test fits, concept design, single line drawings and other project definition documentation.
* Develop planning and design thru BIM software, Autodesk Revit in particular.
* Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM execution plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
* Develop accurate project design documentation and extract data thru BIM platform based on approved design development plans/documents.
* Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
* Detailing new or revised legacy CAD drawings utilizing drafting and manufacturing processes.
About You:
* Possess a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
* Minimum of 3 years’ solid experience in the field of Architecture or Interior Design.
