As part of their ongoing commitment to continue the development journey of their colleagues, they are now looking for a Learning & Development partner to join the HR team! This is not only an exciting time to join the business but is also the opportunity to make a difference to their employee experience.Becoming an integral part of the HR team, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination and management of all internal training initiatives and employee development cycle, ensuring all procedures are followed. You will be working closely with colleagues/management in providing the best level of support.

4. Liaison for third-party training providers, fostering strong partnerships.
