This team will focus on direct-to-consumer asset finance solutions, helping businesses access the funding they need to grow and succeed. You will need a proven track record of success in B2B Finance, Asset Finance, or Broker environments and demonstrable experience in building inside sales or new sales functions. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Inside Sales Managers and Junior Business Development Executives. Establish processes and frameworks to create an efficient, high-performing internal sales function. Drive a proactive sales culture, overcoming gatekeepers to generate and convert leads into new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with leadership to align the function with business growth goals. Lead by example, mentoring your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
