Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and handle board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of companies
Assist with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies House
Support due diligence efforts and manage data rooms for corporate transactions
Conduct company and completion searches
Provide advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handovers
Assist team members with research on current developments in corporate governance
Qualifications and experience:
Ideally, CGI-qualified or part-qualified.
Proven experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role within the UK.
Experience within professional services, ideally within the law.
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and problem-solving approach
