The Directorate of Quality Governance supports all areas within East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT) to deliver high quality and safe services for our patients.
We are seeking a knowledgeable, skilled and highly motivated individual to join the team in the key corporate role of Head of Risk Management and Assurance.
The post holder will be responsible for leading, promoting and facilitating effective risk management and assurance across all areas of the organisation in line with the Risk Management Strategy.
The post holder will provide a combination of subject matter expertise, particularly in relation to risk, with leadership skills to develop and drive performance, working with Senior Leaders across the organisation and governance leads to demonstrate compliance with policies, guidelines and standards. The post holder's portfolio will include policies, clinical guidelines and the implementation of CAS alerts, via the management of a small team.
