Company Description Mundial Connections Ltd has built up a strong reputation within the Financial Risk industry for organising and executing best in class events. We are a small group of very experienced event organisers who have won multiple awards and launched some of the worlds most successful and rapidly growing trade events between us. We are now working on niche events that are designed for high end delegates and serious high end tech providers along with some of the most cutting edge content there is. Our plans are to evolve, grow and develop our unique event concept, deliver world class events for our clients at a pace that ensures high end execution and a high level of respect from the industries we serve. Our events tend to be held overnight in luxury retreat hotels with the top 1% of the industry attending (250-300 people) for carefully curated meetings, round tables, networking and some talks and panel debates that give the audience something of true value. Role Description This is a temporary 3 month contract hybrid role (which has potential to develop into a more permanent position), for an Event Marketing Operations Executive at FRC Leaders' Convention Mundial Connections located in Greater Bristol/Bath Area, United Kingdom. The role involves coordinating and executing event marketing strategies, managing operations, liaising with clients via video link and at the event itself, understanding the clients needs and ensuring execution of those. Hands on event organising such as table plans, planning 1-2-1 meetings, plannig conference content with event director, organising rehursal of panel sessions on video calls, planning round tables, liaising with venue to organise dinner and hotel arrangements for guests, creating slide decks, signage, on the day problem solving and handling clients, liaising with AV company to ensure they have all the assets they need. The position allows for some remote work. We are a fully remote company but require a number of days a week to meet up and work together (ideally Bristol or Bath) Qualifications: Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in event marketing, operations, or related roles ideal but not essential (enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver is most crucial). Some knowledge of marketing tools and techniques helpful but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Detail Orientated. Proactive approach to problem-solving.
