As an IT Support colleague youll play a key role in helping them provide this for their tenants. Youll be responsible for:
* Providing Service Desk support to all staff.
* Providing user-account and end-user-device management.
* Being an active part of the IT Team delivering an effective infrastructure and IT Service which will support the Company objectives.
* Providing technical advice and assisting users.
What youll bring to their team
As the friendly face, youll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience. They are looking for someone who has some experience within an Office IT support role, with up-to-date knowledge and skills in 1st and 2nd line support for colleagues and devices. Youll support colleagues and managers on best practice and assist users where needed.
What theyre looking for
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Good numeracy and communication skills.
* Ability to time-manage, prioritise and work under pressure.
* Ability to build effective relationships with a range of employees.
* Developing IT knowledge and skills, specifically with PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones, Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, iOS and Android.
* Good Awareness of Cyber Security and Data Protection.
* Able to follow processes, apply standards and ensure consistency.
* Willingness to help others.
Qualifications
* Good general standard of education (GCSE, level 2 NVQ including Maths and English.)
* Excellent IT knowledge.
* Relevant technical qualifications or certification or working towards this.
Please note that this role will require you to attend the office for 4 to 5 days per week.
