About the Role
In this role, you will support childrens learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. Youll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor learning.
Responsibilities
Implementing the EYFS curriculum to promote childrens physical, emotional, and social development
Communicating effectively with parents and carers, offering insights into their childs progress and experiences
Maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds and needs
Actively contributing to team planning and supporting your colleagues in delivering engaging activities
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
Have at least two years of experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
Be eligible to work in the UK
