Customer Service Advisor
Leicestershire, remote after first day
£12.36 per hour

May be 4 people or more, need 16 people essentially so whoever doesn't stay on will be made up with new starters.
To assist the team in a busy period with answering account queries via email.
Duties include:
* Responding to customer accounts and offer queries via email
Who are we looking for?
* Strong customer service skills
* Able to work at a fast pace
* IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
* Your output will be monitored to ensure you are meeting expectations
* Experience in working in a target-driven customer service role
Things to know:
* You will work remotely after 1 day of training in Syston, Leicestershire.
* Training will be a set schedule 9:00-3:00pm Monday to Friday for the 1st week; after this, you can work the 30 hours flexibly between 7:00am to 7:00pm Mon to Sun.
* You will be given equipment to use for the contract and will be responsible for returning it at the end.
* The contract is estimated to be for 4 weeks (until week ending 2nd February).
