Description The full-time starting salary is normally £42,860.00 per annum, with progression available in post to £46,586.00 per annum. Grade: UL Fulltime, permanent role. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas: Property Marketing Introduction to Valuation Residential Portfolios Advanced Valuation Methods Property Asset Management Property Fund management Property Marketing You will be able to assist in supervision of student projects at undergraduate and postgraduate level, providing an excellent student experience whilst using appropriate learning, teaching and support assessment methods. You will contribute the design and development of high quality, up-to-date courses in Real Estate and related disciplines. You will have a PhD in Real Estate or in a Urban Development area, or equivalent industrial experience (typically demonstrated by Chartered status), and have high-level knowledge, skill, and expertise in Real Estate Technology. You will have the ability to teach core Real Estate topics at undergraduate and PGT level, and possess excellent presentation and teaching skills. For this role we will consider applicants both with an industry and a research background. Chartered status with a Real Estate-related professional body, industry experience as a UK-based Real Estate consultant or contractor, and higher education teaching experience would be desirable.
