We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Estates and Facilities Assistant to join the team at Cheadle Hulme Primary School and Laurus Cheadle Hulme on a full time basis (37 hours). This role involves maintaining the high quality of the school, buildings, grounds and environment; and undertaking maintenance/repair work as directed. Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)To be responsible to the Estates Director for the security of the premises and its contents (including the operation of fire and burglar alarms and key holder responsibilities) lighting, heating and maintenance of the premises.Be a key holder and be responsible for, and undertake, all key holder duties including response to emergency call out.
