We are looking for a Stock Shift Manager at our site in Sherburn. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all stock-related data and processes, providing timely and meaningful management information.
This is a full-time, permanent role working hours of 4 on 4 off 7am to 7pm.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Manage and monitor an effective warehouse operation in line with customer SLAs.
2. Manage and plan for operational requirements against forecast and demand.
3. Be responsible for and aware of the budgeted headcount for their contract and the breakdown of full and part-time GXO colleagues, understanding peak periods that will require additional agency labour.
4. Maintain all aspects of stock integrity and ensure ownership of activities and resolutions.
5. Ensure all inventory aspect KPI’s are met.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
1. Experience in conducting audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse environment.
2. Previous experience within a senior leadership role in a fast-paced logistics environment.
3. Good level of understanding and operating warehouse management systems.
4. Excellent communication skills.
