In this exciting role, you will work with our care team, residents, relatives/friends, agencies, suppliers and the community to provide best quality activities to help maintain both physical and mental health while providing opportunities to develop new interests and maintain current interests.
The role is full-time (35 hours a week) with an agreed schedule over seven days, with the hours being 9:30am - 4:30pm. We would require you to be flexible, possibly when a special event is planned you might work less hours through the week and make up the hours on a weekend, this would be more occasional than the norm
Are you a people person who is (very) good at organising?
Do you have solid IT skills? ( a good working knowledge of computers and the internet will be very helpful).
You'll be a great communicator, and a great planner with an eye for detail. You'll design our annual activities plans, manage them to a budget, enthuse the home and community to be involved and share stories about life in the home.
