Our client is recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Brighton (with a hybrid working pattern, you’ll work from the office once a week). You’ll be handling inbound calls and providing an excellent customer service, you’ll play an integral role within a growing team What You’ll Be Doing: Engage with customers via phone, web chat, and email to assist with queries. Deliver personable, professional support, ensuring customers feel heard and valued. Maintain accurate records and process renewals, adjustments, and cancellations. Identify ways to enhance our customer journey and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate on team tasks and provide coverage when needed. We’re looking for: Experience gained within a fast-paced customer service role within a contact center environment Strong communication skills – Both verbal and written A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
