The studio offers end-to-end services from conception & consultancy through to full-scale design & production. About the Role: As the Studio Manager at our dynamic and innovative creative design, production and consultancy agency, you will ensure the seamless operation of our studio. You’ll oversee the workflow of creative projects, manage team capacity and ensure deadlines and budgets are consistently met. This role combines project management, resource coordination, and team management, making you a vital driver of our agency's success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and has a passion for the creative and luxury industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimise the day-to-day functioning of the studio, ensuring smooth collaboration across the team and freelancers. Manage team and freelancers time, days, scheduling and invoices. Maintain systems and processes to manage project workflows and deadlines, suggesting efficiencies when appropriate. Track resource utilisation and team capacity. Monitor project progress and provide weekly updates to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Monitor team and freelancer project deadlines. Troubleshoot bottlenecks or issues, reallocating resources as necessary to meet deadlines. Provide guidance and support to team members. Organise team meetings, debriefs, and brainstorming sessions. Track and manage budgets, raise PO invoices and reconcile receipts. Maintain an inspiring and productive studio environment that promotes creativity and collaboration. Manage the Directors Diary and meeting scheduling. Champion the agency’s culture, ensuring it aligns with our values of a luxury global fashion and beauty agency with a passion for cultural relevancy, trend fashion, art and beauty. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a studio or Project Management role, ideally within a creative agency or events environment. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen and experience managing budgets (experience with Xero is a plus). A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Passion for the creative and events industry with knowledge of the luxury sector and event suppliers. Calm under pressure with a keen eye for detail. Highly productive and efficient, with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, team-focused leader with the ability to inspire, motivate and uplift others.
