We're looking for a Framework Lead to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Norwich Location : Whitlingham, Norwich- mixture of office & home working Hours : 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Working on the Anglian Water IOS Alliance (integrated operational solutions), we work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs spanning across the Anglian Water region. What will you be responsible for? As the Framework Lead, you'll be responsible for managing resources (people, finance and physical assets) in order to fulfil the assigned projects safely, on time and to the required quality whilst maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit on projects. Your day to day will include: Managing the Kier IOS programme for both the water and water recycling environment at our Norwich & Lincoln offices, providing a clean, safe and effective working environment for our clients and colleagues Ensure the projects are running on time Ensure projects are within Health & Safety regulations What are we looking for? This role of Framework Lead is great for you if you hold: Experience in delivering NEC3/4 projects, including Design (ECI) & Build type contracts EUSR Water Hygiene, CSCS card and SMSTS Understanding of Water Regulations Experience within a leadership role within the water industry Full driving licence Degree/ HND or equivalent and APM Project Management qualification or equivalent Good IT skills We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
