Job Title: Night Manager
Location: Woodthorpe Lodge, Loughborough LE11
Work Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week, 8pm - 8am. Full flexibility required.

Role Overview
As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific part of the home and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of care. You will also manage the entire home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. Your duties include reporting mobility issues, monitoring residents, administering medication, and maintaining resident dignity and well-being.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
* Positive energy and the ability to get along with people.
* Accountability and responsibility in your role.
* Considerate and kind communication with residents and colleagues.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
* Willingness to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training.
