Main duties of the job
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your responsibilities will include being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of training topics with a focus on statutory and mandatory training. You will also assist in identifying learning needs, follow appropriate governance and quality assurance structures, and ensure all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners.

ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through delivery of quality assured training to our team. You will be ensuring that we have a competent and compliant team to deliver exceptional care to our responsibilities will include:
1. Being the lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering a variety of topic areas with a focus on statutory and mandatory training.
2. Assisting in the identification of learning needs by utilising the LMS, working collaboratively with the wider L&D team and business operators.
3. Following appropriate governance and quality assurance structures that are in place across all learning and development activities.
4. Ensuring all learning interventions meet the diverse needs of learners, proactively taking an inclusive approach to ensure learning accessibility and outcomes for all learners.

5. Hold a full UK Drivers License and own transport
