We're actively recruiting a Temporary Works Administrator to join our team at our West Street Compound near Buckingham. You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.
As a Temporary Works Administrator you will be required to s upport the Temporary Works Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting.
This will consist of presenting a professional first point of contact for all persons joining the TW Team, f ocusing on the handling and manipulation of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data.
You will be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information.
You will need to d evelop and maintain an up to date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client, as well as other internal & external stakeholders. You will need to u nderstand the Client and Joint Venture Partners’ Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes and statutory requirements, as they affect the company’s operations to ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
You will also need to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations.
This position requires the ideal candidate to anticipate, respond to and seek to exceed the needs and expectations set out by the organisation. You will need to r espond positively to changing business circumstances, and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
Another part of this role requires you to gather and interpret data to produce both internal and external reports. Whilst c onveying accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding.
You will need to familiarise fostering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the TWD team and ensuring collaborative working, the right behaviours and culture within the TWD team and with HS2, subcontractors, suppliers and any other third parties.
About You
* Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
* Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
* Familiarity with Microsoft Forms & Power BI
* Good communication skills and organisation skills
* You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
