We are a small team with plans to develop and grow our business. To support this growth, we are looking for a confident, ambitious, and talented individual to join us as a full time PR & Social Media Account Manager.
About the role
As a PR & Social Media Account Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Account Managers and Directors to support the team, managing client accounts and help to deliver fantastic marketing, PR and social media projects and campaigns for our diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
Client and Project Management
* Act as a key point of contact for a range of B2C and B2B clients, providing exceptional service by working ‘Intandem’.
* Getting under the skin of your clients, their vision and values as well as their business objectives and developing PR & marketing strategies which exceed expectations.
* Attend client meetings—both virtual and in-person—to build relationships, discuss progress and deliverables.
Collaboration and Support
* Work closely with the Account Directors and Senior Account Managers to deliver excellent work and identify opportunities for improvement
Growth and Development
* Supporting in business development opportunities
* Attend networking and social events to further enhance the profile of Intandem Communications
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have proven agency experience as an experienced Account Manager, working across B2C and B2B client accounts.
* Be a creative person, who enjoys writing and is well organised
* Be educated to degree level
* Have excellent copywriting skills and understanding of the different styles required for print and online media
* Have strong organisation and project management skills
* Have experience creating social media content for businesses
* Have excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence to develop strong relationships with clients
* A proactive, results-driven approach
* Strong organisational and project management expertise
* A keen eye for detail and an ability to thrive under pressure
* Enjoy sharing insight and knowledge with the team and helping juniors grow
