We have an exciting new role for a high calibre Executive Assistant, to work alongside the owner of a highly successful property business. As Executive Assistant, you will act as the owner’s ‘number two,’ providing full support across areas of the business, especially during the long periods when he is out of the UK.
Our client is an off-plan property agent, selling investment properties to clients across the UK and worldwide. The main function of the role will be to source and market new property developments to a network of agents both in-house and nationally.
Some of the main duties of the role include:
* Act as a point of contact to the company owner, other executives, and developers.
* Schedule and attend appointments and meetings.
* Liaise, meet, and coordinate with developers.
* Conduct unit price comparisons.
* Price units for sales within developments, based on key variants.
* Prepare for meetings with reports and information by compiling key information.
* Provide cross-functional support in marketing, recruitment, and accounting when needed.
* Prepare weekly sales reports for developers and handle questions and queries.
* Collate construction updates for distribution.
* Liaise daily with developers and solicitors.
* Manage diary and email.
We are looking for a high calibre candidate who has experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the property/new build/investments sector. You should possess a strong work ethic with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills along with excellent client relationship management skills are required.
Proficiency with Excel, and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively are essential.
This position is “hybrid”: on average you will be in the office 3-4 days/week (office located in Warrington). Some travel to UK sites is expected (on average once per week).
Our client is offering an attractive package of £45,000 – £50,000 plus benefits, bonuses, and free parking.
