Job Description
Our client, a Catering establishment based in Derry City, is seeking to appoint a Chef Manager to join the current management team.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent with a minimum of 12 months previous supervisory or management experience within a busy Catering Operation.
Duties will involve:
1. Menu planning
2. Stock control and ordering
3. Ensuring food hygiene regulations are adhered to
4. Supervision of kitchen staff
Hours of work: 8.00am-4.00pm (Mon-Fri)
Annual Salary: £18.00ph - £20.00ph
