Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join one of our clients based in Bath.You'll be working within a fast paced, busy environment alongside a flexible, supportive team.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Circa 3 months
Salary range DOE: £26,000 - £28,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
Working hours - 37.5 hours a week
You will use your skills to:
1. Daily inputting of purchase invoices into the accounting system
2. Process all Stock invoices
3. Monitor the the AP inbox
4. Supplier statement reconciliations
5. Reconcile Credit Card statements
6. Creating new supplier accounts
7. Dealing with ad hoc requests to support the Finance Manager
Skills/Experience needed:
8. Previous experience maintaining an accounts payable ledger
9. Computer literate
10. High attention to detail
11. Ability to prioritise
12. Team player
