We are looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Consultant to join our HR team based in either the Nottingham Trinity House or Coventry Westwood office - travel is required around different E.ON Sites. This role offers a salary from £44,199 to £56,113 along with a market leading benefits package.

We need an excellent communicator and self-starter to get involved in a broad range of communications and engagement activities, where you'll be supporting E.ON Next, the newest face in the E.ON Group of companies, to deliver business results and transformational change.
What you'll be doing
* Building relationships with key stakeholders and creating impactful communication plans to meet business goals.
* Bringing fresh ideas and driving change with new approaches, while being hands-on in creating and delivering engaging content (articles, posts, events).
* Ensuring every team member feels informed, engaged, and connected, no matter where or how they work.
* Measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness to continually raise our game.
* Primarily supporting E.ON Next while collaborating across the wider UK Internal Comms team to coordinate and deliver initiatives across all areas.
What we need from you
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in communications and is looking to grow and refine their already strong communication skills. You'll have:
* Excellent writing skills with experience in content creation.
* A solid understanding of our business strategy and goals.
* The ability to engage and communicate with a variety of audiences.
* A willingness to take ownership of campaigns and always strive for the best possible result.
* Strong team working skills and the ability to build connections across the business.
* A self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment to meet challenging deadlines.
* A strong interest in communication and new developments within the communications and engagement sector, such as AI.
