What you’ll be working on:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers to successfully deliver client campaigns. This is a dynamic and varied position, working across multiple client marketing campaigns at once - ensuring seamless execution, and contributing to impactful brand activations.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
1. You will support an Account Manager in overseeing and delivering national and enterprise client accounts. This includes managing the sales pipeline, contributing to concept ideation, assisting with pitches, overseeing campaign execution, and supporting reconciliation processes.
2. While the role is primarily operational, there will be occasions when you will be client-facing. To succeed, you’ll need a strong understanding of all assigned projects and campaigns, ensuring you can confidently support discussions and decision-making.
3. Your responsibilities will span a range of essential tasks, including booking media placements, maintaining and updating our CRM system, assisting with budget management, supporting writing compelling pitch decks and proposals, generating accurate quotes, and managing supplier relationships, including negotiations.
4. From time to time, you will also be involved in on-the-ground campaign delivery across the UK, supporting event activations and experiential marketing initiatives.
5. The campaigns you work on will span multiple media channels, including digital marketing, advertising, live events, and experiential activations.
You should apply if:
1. You have at least 1 year of experience in media, events, experiential marketing or advertising - both digitally and on the ground during event delivery.
2. You’ll have a strong understanding of the Gen Z marketing and advertising environment and preferably within the UK University space.
3. Ideally, you’ll have gone to a UK university and been immersed in the events and Students' Union culture.
4. A proactive, optimistic attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks independently. Whether meeting pitch and budget deadlines or managing suppliers on the ground.
5. Experience working with Salesforce CRM software and project management tools is a plus.

Basic Salary: £30k - £35k per year + 20% OTE
