Leisure Facilities Manager (Hybrid) needed in Atherstone, £22.65ph PAYE – Reference: 5259605
Will be working 3 days a week initially, with potential to increase this. Duration will be for 3 months initially.
The role is primarily operational, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the service across multiple sites.
The Leisure Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management, development, and operation of all aspects of the leisure facilities. The post holder will manage and develop the service portfolio in accordance with the Authority's policies and procedures, its Leisure Facilities Strategy, Divisional and Service Improvement Plans, and relevant legislation. The post holder is required to ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality, financially viable, and sustainable service for the local community across the leisure facilities.
The post holder will work in close cooperation with internal and external partners, senior officers, and Councillors.
Through full participation in the Divisional Management Team, the post holder will contribute significantly to the management of the Leisure and Community Development Division. This function will be undertaken in support of the Director, on whose behalf the Leisure Facilities Manager will act as required or directed.
This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
