Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus package

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the smooth running of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ensuring effective document control, project coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all documentation is maintained and up to date.
* Manage project-related correspondence, including emails, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Assist with document control processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
* Maintain and update project records, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations.
* Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
* Support the procurement team with ordering and tracking project-related materials and services.
* Ensure health and safety documentation is recorded and updated accordingly.
* General office administration duties as required.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Experience with document control systems and project management software is desirable.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
