Banya No.1, London's premier authentic Russian bathhouse and wellness spa, is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our flagship branch in Hoxton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, customer service, and facilities maintenance.
* Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of Front of House, therapists, attendants, F&B and support staff to achieve high standards of service delivery.
* Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the spa and its services, leveraging our unique cultural and wellness offerings.
* Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements:
