Accountable to: Food and Beverage Assistant
As a member of the wedding and functions team, you will play a vital part in the delivery of our events at Bryngarw House. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to provide excellent customer service and care to those who attend our events. You will be required to maintain a high standard of service and be professional at all times.
As guests enjoy their stay at Bryngarw House, you will help them by efficiently serving food and drinks during their visit. You will also give advice, guidance, and recommendations on menu selections, facilities, and venue information to make their experience first class.
Successful applicants must be 18+ due to licensing laws.
