Community Mental Health Nurse - Named Worker Role
Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust
The North Community Mental Health Service is undergoing an exciting transformation with additional resource allocation to provide ongoing intensive support to the population of Sheffield. This includes working towards a joint approach with Primary Care and the Voluntary Sector, reviewing the CMHT Service Criteria, and working in discreet small teams into local communities leading to a high-quality care standard.
We are looking to recruit Band 6 Nurse to the North CMHT. A number of our service users require a man as their named worker due to the nature of the service provided, including trauma and risk history.
