Our client, a global investment company located in Mayfair, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their dynamic team:
Start date: Tuesday 22nd April - Friday 4th July.
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 09.00 - 15.00 each day

About the Role:
As a Temporary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate team members
* Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
* Setting up meetings and ensuring refreshments are provided
* Making coffee and tea for guests, including our CEO
* Keeping track of the stationary cupboard and maintaining supplies
* Booking DHL shipments and managing office post
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to multitask effectively
* Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
