Our client is a nationally recognised leader in IT support services and managed services, with multiple awards for excellence. Due to growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Field Engineer with a strong technical background in client facing role. This is a field-based role with travel to customer sites across the UK with occasional overnight stays (project dependant) with the use of company vehicles. You will be responsible for the following: • Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer technical issues. • Ensure timely resolution and appropriate recording of incidents. • Deploying new hardware and software solutions at customer sites. • Installing and migrating customer networking equipment. • Attending customer sites to troubleshoot and fix incidents. What we are looking for: • Experience working in similar customer focussed role. • Experience with Network infrastructure • Experience with Wireless Technologies • Experience with Telephony systems • Excellent customer service experience with the ability to work independently. • A full and valid UK driving license
