Job Overview
The role of health care support working primarily is to support and facilitate the running of clinics in both the Amersham and Wycombe sites. In order to do so you will be required to utilise time management skills and prioritise care.

Person Specification
Experience
* Understands nature of HCA duties Patient Care and Housekeeping duties.
* Evidence of working in a busy environment.
* Experience in a customer focused environment.
* Previous experience in a health care setting.
Education, Qualifications & Training
* GCSE A-C Or Functional Skills in English and Maths (Level 1 or 2) Or equivalent pass at interview assessment.
* Care Certificate in healthcare (Level 3).
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with multi-disciplinary team, patients and carers in English.
* Courteous with patients and others both internal and external.
* Ability to write clearly and legibly in English. Understands concept of Confidentiality and standards of conduct and care.
* Ability to use a computer.
* Ability to undertake HS&C level 3 apprenticeship (mandatory).
Special Circumstances
* Ability to work required shift pattern.
* Can demonstrate they can motivate self and others.
* Has some insight into the care needs of children and adults who are ill, frail, and in need of healthcare intervention regardless of age.
