Revenue Operations & Enablement at hyperexponential
The revenue operations and enablement team at hyperexponential is focused on reducing friction and improving efficiency in the revenue generation process. We derive insights about performance and behavior, inform strategy, and identify opportunities that enable proactive decision-making. This role is key for managing the onboarding, enablement, and upskilling of the revenue team, ensuring our revenue-generating teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed.
Your mission
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations & Enablement team. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, enthusiastic about learning and development, and committed to process improvement. You will be responsible for onboarding new revenue team members and supporting enablement across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring new team members are set up for success at hyperexponential. You will leverage your strong presentation, communication, and creativity skills to manage, design, and implement best-in-class enablement programs.
As we expand into the US market, you will work with our US Revenue Enablement Specialist to support global enablement projects and own UK enablement programs. This provides the unique opportunity to build onboarding and enablement capabilities for our UK and Global Revenue Teams.
Key responsibilities
Build & Implement Enablement Programs:
* Be the UK Enablement SME to inform and assist in shaping our Enablement strategy.
* Develop and implement enablement programs to enhance skills, techniques, and knowledge across the Revenue team.
* Refine enablement programs for rapid and effective onboarding of new team members, focusing on Sales and Customer Success roles.
* Create and maintain playbooks across the revenue team using Notion or similar content creation tools.
* Identify gaps in existing activities and processes, and implement initiatives to address them.
* Monitor the impact of enablement on key metrics in the revenue funnel and set up reporting to do so.
* Use customer, competitive, and market intelligence to inform content creation and training, particularly for adapting our offering to new markets and verticals.
Revenue Team Onboarding & Optimisation:
* Manage the Revenue team onboarding and deliver onboarding sessions to ensure a world-class experience for new hires.
* Optimise the Revenue team onboarding program, identifying gaps to accelerate learning and decrease ramp time for revenue-generating roles.
* Develop exciting onboarding modules in our Learning Management System, Absorb, and build accompanying certifications.
* Tailor onboarding content to different markets and roles.
* Deliver and enhance end-user training for key onboarding items such as our tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, ClickUp, and our LMS.
Revenue Team Collaboration & Support:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to organise onboarding, training, tools, and content.
* Organise and contribute to innovation sessions with SMEs to deliver best practices and create training materials.
* Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to support the enhancement of enablement experiences and processes.
Key requirements
* Minimum 2 years proven experience at a SaaS company, preferably in sales enablement, consulting, marketing, or training & coaching departments.
* Excellent communication skills, able to lead workshops and learning sessions.
* Proficient content creator capable of producing materials in various formats (written, infographic, video, and audio).
* Innovative, creative, impactful, and resourceful contributor who collaborates with varied teams and roles.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Business analysis skills to define and create reports and dashboards that provide insights and actionable goals.
* Experience using content tools such as an LMS, Seismic or Notion, CRMs like Salesforce, and Revenue Intelligence tools such as Gong is a plus.
* Understanding of MEDDIC and Sandler sales methodologies is a plus.
