Mechanical Project Manager Small Works (£10k to £250k Projects) Were working with a long-established and highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services contractor based in the City of London, who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Small Works Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading M&E contractor delivering projects across diverse sectors including commercial, banking, office fit-out, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure, with values ranging from £10k to £5m. Role Overview: As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing mechanical small works projects typically ranging from £10k to £250k. Reporting to the Mechanical Director, your focus will be on planning, delivery, client liaison, contractor coordination, and ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance.
