My client is an established and well-respected professional services client in the heart of Cheltenham who are looking for a part-time Business Administrator to work 12pm-4pm Monday- Friday to support on a wide range of tasks including reception cover, filing, post, facilities and some project support work. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Administrator:
Provide professional reception cover and call answering during busy periods
Process all post (incoming and outgoing) and deliver to appropriate person
Ensure communal areas - meeting rooms, kitchen etc are well maintained
Provide willing and proactive administrative support on ongoing internal projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience working in a professional services environment
Good IT skills - you'll be using MS Office and other bespoke packages
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks is essential
