Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting OsecoElfab, a global manufacturer of customised rupture discs and explosion vents with their search for a Technical Sales Administrator.
Overall Purpose:
* Provide timely and accurate order entry information to appropriate OsecoElfab departments to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to required product and delivery specifications.
* Direct interaction with new and existing customers and representatives through inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality customer service by providing technical information, pricing, and availability.
Key Duties:
* Input orders to the ERP (Dynamics 365) system in a timely manner.
* Dealing with customer emails and calls facilitating sales order processing.
* Resolve customer and representative issues with stuck orders.
* Ensure that purchase orders received are correct and match any quotation sent.
* Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls.
* Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders.
* Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration.
* Order inbox triage.
* New customer set up.
* Use of the Part Configurator.
* Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers’ needs are met.
* Support the external sales function.
* Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required.
* Improve processes to increase operational excellence within the Technical Sales arena.
* Act as liaison between customers and other OsecoElfab departments, ensuring accurate and timely relay of information to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

* Desirable but not essential – knowledge of a CRM system and business system e.g. SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Dynamics 365.
* Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Experience of working with IT systems.
* Experience of customer focused activities.
The Package:
* Day shift role, Monday-Friday (Office based).
