As an Accounts Administrator for our client in the Construction industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations. With your keen eye for detail and knack for numbers, you will support their finance team and contribute to their continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Accurately process invoices, ensuring timely payment and adherence to financial regulations.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support with Invoice Backlog: Assist in clearing any backlog of invoices, ensuring timely resolution.
- Additional Duties: Provide support to the Finance Manager and team as needed, helping with various tasks.
- Working on Sage 50 Software: Utilise your knowledge of Sage 50 software to perform accounting and administrative functions.
