JOB OVERVIEW
Due to a recent position opening up, we are looking for a passionate teacher who would be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons from 22nd April 2025 at Wantage Primary Academy. We are people-centred and so will shape the role and year group to the right person, their skills and preferences.
We value and develop all our staff and there are many exciting opportunities in the OLT for teachers and leaders to grow and to pursue their talents and professional interests. This role is open to ECTs as well as those looking for middle leadership.
Wantage Primary Academy opened in September 2020 with just a few small classes and, by September 2024, we have grown to around 300 pupils in a Nursery class, 2 Reception classes, 2 Year 1 classes, 2 Year 2 classes, a Year 3 class, a Year 4 class, 2 small Year 5 classes and a Year 6 class. We will eventually grow to a full, 2-form entry primary school. This is a golden opportunity to plan and implement outstanding provision within a growing team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
* A Good Honours Degree.
* Teaching experience.
