Main Duties:
1. Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns.
2. Handle residents' complaints and issues through email, phone, or home visits.
3. Collect Key Performance Indicators upon work completion and log the results.
4. Arrange appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary.
5. Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
