The Role
As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how it feels to work at Fabric Social. You’ll lead on culture, onboarding, learning and development, wellbeing, internal comms and initiatives that bring our values to life. You’ll make sure our team feels inspired, supported, celebrated, and set up to do their best work - every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Onboarding & Employee Experience: We’re growing fast, so we have a constant flow of great new people joining the agency. You will help with designing and delivering a best-in-class onboarding journey, ensuring every new joiner - freelance, FTC or permanent - feels welcomed, connected, and set up for success.
* Culture & Values: Championing our agency culture and embedding our values into everyday rituals, processes, and milestones.
* Learning & Development: Leading training and development across the agency - from lunch & learns to personal development plans - helping our team grow and level up.
* Performance & Progression: Supporting performance reviews, career development frameworks, and clear progression paths that help people thrive.
* Wellbeing & Support: Driving wellbeing initiatives that support mental health, work-life balance, and the overall happiness of our team.
* Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Curating a calendar of moments that celebrates a diverse mix of cultures, voices, and communities - making sure everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
* Internal Communication & Engagement: Creating open feedback loops, listening to the team, and keeping everyone informed and engaged.
* People-Led Initiatives: Owning special projects that bring people together - from socials and offsites to surprise moments and internal campaigns that make Fabric a great place to work.
* Employer Brand & Advocacy: Working closely with leadership and marketing to shape and amplify Fabric’s external employer brand - capturing agency life, sharing behind-the-scenes content, and helping build a culture of employee advocacy across social.
