An outstanding opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join Meraki talent’s client based in Renfrewshire Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Processing of month end journals such as payroll, accruals and prepayments. Processing invoices/payments- ensuring suppliers and customers are paid on time. Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Inter-company charges Prepare and submit VAT Returns Identifying and implementing process improvements that will streamline reporting processes. Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting requirements. Ad hoc duties to assist finance department as and when needed. Experience required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience of transactional finance Comfortable working to challenging month and quarter deadlines.
